	This is the NWS glossary of terms. It provides definitions for many of the different aspect of weather including the Azores High, trough, tropical wave and much more. This is a great resource for learning weather terms. This is the NHC glossary of terms. There are some nice definitions here for extratropical, eyewall, tropical wave, and many other tropical terms. This provides a excellent introduction to learning tropical weather terms. The Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Lab Hurricane Research Division FAQ page offers a great list of questions with links to explanations. These topics include Dvorak information, El Nino's effects, and a lot more. This is a great site to get a handle on many of the basic aspects of learning tropical weather.		JetStream is an online school for weather provided by NOAA. It provides some very useful information in understanding our weather. There is a wealth of information for the tropics, thunderstorms, the ocean, synoptic meteorology, and much more. Each section begins with a introduction and progresses from there. This is an excellent weather learning resource. This is MetEd meteorology education & training site. It requires a simple registration, but provides some very in depth lessons. These lesson have audio and range from level one to level 3. This is a millibar to feet conversion graphic. It is critical to understand what levels of the atmosphere are being viewed when looking at current maps and the various models.
