- What requirements are needed to access the members area?
  - Session cookies must be enabled and accepted from www.stormjunkie.com.
  - Some of the 3d-LIIVID features require Java and recent version of browsers, for more on this please view the 3d-LIIVID FAQ and Manual.
- I have registered, but can not access my account.
  - Ensure that you have verified your email address. This is done through a email that is sent during registration.
  - Ensure that you have cookies enabled.
  - If your membership has expired you will be not be allowed to log in until after you have renewed your subscription.
  - If you continue to have problems please email admin@stormjunkie.com.

I have lost my password, what should I do?
- Please email us with a subject line of Password Reset.
  - This email must be sent from the original email address used to register your account. Please keep up with your email address, there are no exceptions to this rule.
  - Please include first and last name.
  - Please allow 24-48 hours for administration password resets.
