	This is day two forecast; it depicts the probability of snowfall reaching or exceeding four inches of snow in 48 hours. It is provided by the NWS Hydrometeorological Prediction Center's Winter Weather Forecast page. Along with snow and ice probability maps, the HPC offers surface low track maps and forecasts as well as winter weather forecast discussions. This map used in conjunction with the other HPC products and help keep you ahead of the heavy snows that accompany winter storms.
